Warranty Policy

 

All tyres sold by Naseem Al Barari Auto Spare Parts Co. LLC or Nashmi Car Services have a manufacturer’s limited warranty. The tyre manufacturer offers a one-year limited warranty, subject to their policy against manufacturing defects, which is decided by their authorized agents or representatives in the region where the tyres were bought. These authorized representatives update the terms and conditions on their local websites accordingly.

If any tyre brand offers more than one year of warranty, it will be mentioned separately on the invoice. The warranty period will start from the date of production of the tyre.

This warranty applies only to the actual buyers of the tyres and is non-transferable.

If the buyer is using tyre sizes other than the car manufacturer’s recommendation, it will be the buyer's full responsibility. Naseem Al Barari Auto Spare Parts Co. LLC or Nashmi Car Services will not bear any liability.

Claim Procedure for Tyre Limited Warranty:

  • Tyres must be reclaimed with the original invoice of purchase.
  • Tyres will be sent for inspection by authorized personnel of the manufacturing agent.
  • The complete inspection process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
  • The final decision will be made by the manufacturer’s authorized personnel.
  • During inspection, the customer may need to purchase a replacement tyre.
  • If the claim is approved, the compensated amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • Tyre compensation will be made on a Pro-Rata basis.

Claims Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • Damage due to improper use or storage.
  • Tyres used beyond the original tread life.
  • Repaired, recapped, or reclaimed tyres.
  • Incorrect tyre size or load rating per vehicle specifications.
  • Damage from misalignment, imbalance, poor maintenance, or misuse.
  • Damage from oil, chemicals, fire, chains, racing, wrecks, or collisions.
  • Mechanical irregularities such as bent wheels, faulty components.
  • Damage due to improper repair materials.
  • Road hazards like punctures, cuts, bruises, or impact breaks.

Car Batteries Warranty

All car batteries sold are covered by the battery manufacturer's warranty. The standard warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase. If an extended warranty applies, it will be mentioned on the invoice.

If a battery fails during the warranty period, the buyer must bring it to the point of sale at their own cost. The seller will not cover transportation expenses.

The battery must be delivered in its original condition, without drained electrolytes, and with all manufacturer labels intact.

Battery warranty is calculated on a Pro-Rata basis.

Battery Warranty Claims Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • No original invoice provided.
  • Ignoring manufacturer’s recommendations on the label.
  • Damage to the battery case or terminals.
  • Internal short-circuiting or electrical breakdown.
  • Presented with drained electrolytes.
  • Incorrect charging voltages in the car.
  • Use on incorrect or unsuitable vehicles.
  • Battery used in vehicles with electrical faults.
  • Long-term vehicle storage or very minimal usage.
  • Mismatch between battery markings and warranty card.

Services Warranty

There is no warranty on services such as wheel balancing or other mechanical services done at Naseem Al Barari Auto Spare Parts Co. LLC or Nashmi Car Services.

Once the service is completed and the car is handed over, the company holds no responsibility for future issues.

Spare Parts Warranty

There is no warranty on aftermarket or used parts.

If parts are original, the warranty will be provided by the authorized distributor in the selling territory — not by Naseem Al Barari Auto Spare Parts Co. LLC or Nashmi Car Services.
